Special Orders:
FIC Corporation and its many suppliers manufacture
a wide range of special items not shown in their catalogs or specification
sheets. Chances are we either have it in stock or can get it for you quickly.
Open Accounts:
FIC Corporation extends credit to electrical
and electronic distributors. OEM'S, contractors, government agencies, service
organizations, etc. An open account can be established by either having
an established credit rating with Dun & Bradstreet Credit Reporting
Service or by completing an FIC credit application. Credit applications will be
forwarded to you by request. All orders are shipped via
C.O.D., or payment in advance, or by Visa/MasterCard until credit has been
approved.
Minimum Orders:
The FIC minimum order is $25.00 for those items that
are picked up and paid for in cash.
Terms of Payment:
Net 30 Days.
Freight:
F.O.B. Rockville, Maryland, USA,
shipping cheapest way within the 48 contiguous States and the District of
Columbia. Special routing per Customer's request
shipped F.O.B. Rockville, Maryland.
Taxes:
Maryland Sales Tax will be added to all orders
shipped to a Maryland address unless there is a valid Maryland Tax Exempt
Certificate on file with our office.
Annual Contracts of Scheduled Orders:
FIC Corporation welcomes placement of annual
contracts or orders with scheduled delivery dates of ninety (90) days or more
from the original order date, FIC
reserves the right, upon notification to customer, to bill at the manufacture's
price in effect at the time of shipment, unless prior arrangements have
been made.
Prices:
All prices quoted by FIC are net and are based
on manufacture's price in effect at that time.
Shortages:
Claims for shortages or shipping errors must
be made within 15 days after receipt of material.
Return Material Authorization:
Authorization must be obtained from our Customer
Service Department prior to returning any material. Military items and certain
special order material requested by customer per their specifications are
non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Restocking Charges:
A restocking charge equal to a minimum of twenty-five
percent (25%)
of the material value will be assessed on any material authorized for return
for the convenience of the customer.
Specifications:
All specifications or prints shown are based
on our knowledge and understanding of the products at the time of printing.
We reserve the right to make changes to specifications of prints without
prior notice.
